Wholefoods, Organic and Healthy
Wholefoods or foods which in their natural form provide a complete and balance nutrition to one’s health. But it doesn’t necessarily mean that natural and/or organic foods are wholefoods. Hence natural form only means in its purest state, untouched and undefiled by chemicals like preservatives and additives. This only means that wholefoods are free from harsh chemicals and is great for the body. Only disadvantage of this is that whole foods lack the proper processing standard thus causes whole foods to have a very short shelf life. On the other hand, that setback is nothing compared to the benefits of whole foods, for it is bound to be very compact with nutrients.
